Who We Are 

Restaurant Partners, Inc. (RPi) is a restaurant operations and consulting company based in Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1992, RPI has developed, opened and managed properties across the U.S. and the Caribbean. Currently we own and operate multiple properties in the Southeastern United States.

RPI is a licensee of the famed Key West iconic restaurant, Sloppy Joe’s. RPI has two locations of Sloppy Joe’s, one in Daytona Beach and the other at ICON Park in Orlando.
